In this Shabad, Dayabai Ji beautifully and deeply explains the greatness of the True Guru (Satguru). She says that in this world, no one is as generous, compassionate, and capable of liberating souls as the Guru. The Guru does not merely provide worldly knowledge but shows the soul the path to cross the ocean of birth and death. By developing love, faith, and surrender at the Guru’s feet, a person’s confusion, fear, and attachment gradually disappear.
